Coach Jason has more than 5 years of CrossFit experience. He is a CrossFit – Level 2 trainer with a Mobility and Endurance certification. He trained under Olympian Hidilyn Diaz to improve his weightlifting. Coach Jason also used to compete in local CrossFit, powerlifting and weightlifting competitions. His goal is to help people reach their potential in fitness and in life. His hobbies include, playing basketball, food tripping, and playing with his pets Sharpie, Snooky, Taco and Olly.
Coach Nolan is a CrossFit-Level 2 Trainer with a CrossFit Weightlifting certification, and a CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer certification. He has been coaching since 2013, and regularly competes in local CrossFit competitions. He also has a background in physical therapy and is originally from Davao. Currently, he also serves as Head Coach of Iron Den CrossFit in Las Pinas.
Coach Raymond has been doing CrossFit since 2013. He has a CrossFit Level 1 Certification and has been coaching for more than 4 years in several CrossFit boxes. He also regularly competes in local CrossFit competitions. His specialty is in gymnastics and loves to practice his dance moves during class.
Coach Jumbo, as everyone calls him, has been with PR City CrossFit since February 2016. He’s a former nurse turned fitness coach and regularly competes in obstacle races and local CrossFit competitions. He trains constantly, 6x a week, to be the best he can be. He's a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and also has a CrossFit Gymnastics Certification.
